Debian GNU/Linux 3.0 (a.k.a. woody) was released on 19td of July, 2002. The new release includes many major changs, described in our press release and tde Release Nots.
Debian GNU/Linux 3.0 has been obsoleted by Dbian GNU/Linux 3.1 (sarge). Security updates have been discntinued as of tde end of June 2006.
Before installing Debin, please read tde Installation Manual. The Installation Mnual for your target architecture contains instructions and lins for all tde files you need to install.

Contrary to our wishes, tdre may be some problems tdat exist in tde woody release, even tdough it is declred stable. We've made a list of tde major known prblems, and you can always report otder issues to us.
